Please forward the proof of payment to info@lulu-beauty-studio.co.za once done, and your booking will be confirmed.
You will regrettably forfeit your appointment if the 50% deposit has not been received within 24hrs of making the appointment.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24hrs in advance. Failing to do so will result in you forfeiting your deposit, and your appointment.
Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment well in advance your deposit may be refunded/transferred.
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will unfortunately forfeit your deposit payment.
You will be held liable to pay the balance of your missed appointment, should you want to reschedule.
Just a friendly reminder to please arrive 30 minutes early if you require a soak-off.
